The race will take place at Bute Park, North Rd, Cardiff CF10 3DX on Sunday 31st May.
A hidden gem within Cardiff’s city centre, Bute Park is a gorgeous parkland featuring lovely scenery 1x bet tz and a nationally renowned array of unique, ornamental trees.
A flat, two-lap course, it is ideal for runners of all abilities and a fantastic entry-level route for those running their first 10K. This year there will also be a 5K option for beginners – a steady, one lap race, perfect for those running their first mass-participated event.
All entrants will receive a free goody bag, filled with quality kit and nutritional goods and finishers will receive an event t-shirt and medal for their achievements.
A range of pacers will also be there on the day, covering various times to help you to achieve your time and support you along the way.

Getting into running this year after being part of a three-person relay team in the Cardiff half, Ruth has fallen in love with the sport.
